You can contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an order, the item must be in the same condition.

Your order is eligible for a free return or exchange when :

You receive the wrong item, color or size...etc
Your item arrives damaged or defective.

For any other reason customers pay return shipping fees.

How to return an order ?

To return your order properly please follow these steps:

Go to our contact us page : https://fezcrafts.com/pages/contact-us
Send us a return request including your order ID and the reason of your return.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email
Download and print out the label then stick it on the original box
Remove any other old labels from the box
Drop it off at the nearest UPS office.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately process a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
